Refund policy
Refunds: Our designs are handmade and manufactued in New York City, therefore we do not offer refunds. If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us for an exchange at customerservice@capriswim.com
Damaged or Faulty Products: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please send us an email at customerservice@capriswim.com, including your order number and images of the fault. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. However, please note that damaged items beyond the 90-day return period cannot be accepted for an exchange
Returning Condition: We do not offer refunds or returns, only exchanges. We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of shipment and it's subject to stock availability. Items must be unwashed, unworn, with no scents or stains and with original tags/hygiene strips in garment bag provided with order. We do not offer exchanges after 14 days of receipt, but we are happy to create a store credit for the value of the order valid for six months. Handling shipping for the exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
